The biggest help is to get someone to take the journey with you!
Do you have a friend/family member who could do it with you for support?
Its going to be a case of trial and error when it comes to your diet because you need to figure out whats realistic for you. First try cutting out any junk or processed foods and soda.
Up your water intake… i think the guide is half your weight in lb is the amount of oz you should drink (around 90oz for you so about 10 small glasses a day).
Try that for a few weeks and see what happens, it might not seem like a huge change but fad diets never work because you cannot keep them up long term.
For exercise you could try some fun classes with friends like aerobics or spinning, they’re a lot easier when you can laugh about them with someone else. You could also try things like hiking/long dog walks/swimming… find something you love!
Once you’ve got the bug i can help you a little further but its important to keep it at a level you can handle without getting burnt out or overwhelmed.
Good luck and remember, you can do it!!

When I was around the same age I weighed 217lbs & I’m 5’9”, I lost 85lbs really quickly by cutting down my amounts junk food/soda, adding more veggies, and made sure I walked & jogged a few miles a week. Start off easy so you can progress easier :)
