- No matter your situation, the answer to losing weight is always the same- burn more calories than you consume. Try cutting out fast food and soda and upping your fruit and veg. Pack your food for work so you don’t end up buying crap to eat.
Could you work out with your partner? That would be good motivation and sometimes healthy competition ;)
Try and set aside a certain amount of time a week for you to go to the gym, make sure its something you can reasonably keep up long term!
- I never had particularly bad cramps to start with unless i was on a pill that my womb hated. My cycle is still adjusting to my new womb-lodger so i can’t give you a set answer yet :) Look into some women’s forums on IUDs and see what cramp-sufferers are saying.
